MVI94-DNP belongs to ProSoft MVI94 series module.

It plugs directly into Rockwell 1794 FLEX I/O rack,compatible with 1794 backplane,data exchange with FLEX controller via backplane I/O mapping.

It enables FLEX I/O system to communicate with DNP3 RTU,IED and SCADA host devices.

Suitable for power substation,water treatment FLEX I/O SCADA system renovation and spare replacement.

Function

Dual independent serial ports,each port configurable as DNP master or slave,support master-slave or slave-slave redundant mode.

Installation

Insert module into 1794 FLEX I/O chassis backplane,wire serial cable for P1/P2 port.

Set RS232/RS422/RS485 interface via jumpers,configure DNP point list in ProSoft Configuration Builder.

Configure FLEX ladder logic and backplane I/O mapping,download project through RSLinx,check LED indicators after power-up.
