MVI71-MCM belongs to ProSoft MVI71 series module.

It plugs directly into Rockwell PLC-5 1771 rack,compatible with 1771 backplane,uses BTR/BTW block for backplane data transmission.

It enables PLC-5 to communicate with Modbus serial field instruments,drives,flow meters and RTU devices.

Suitable for factory,water treatment and energy control legacy PLC-5 system renovation and spare replacement.

Function

Dual independent serial ports,each port can be set as Modbus master or slave separately.

Each port supports up to 100 polling commands.

Supports Modbus RTU with CRC16 check and Modbus ASCII with LRC check.
