MVI71-GEC belongs to ProSoft MVI71 series module.

It plugs directly into Rockwell PLC-5 1771 rack,compatible with 1771 backplane,uses BTR/BTW block for backplane data transmission.

It enables PLC-5 processor to communicate with Ethernet ASCII instruments,serial device servers and custom TCP network equipment.

Suitable for legacy PLC-5 equipment renovation and spare replacement for non-standard TCP ASCII communication.
