ILX34-MBS485 belongs to ProSoft POINT I/O series module.It is compatible with Rockwell 1734 POINT I/O backplane and CompactLogix L1 controllers,suitable for connecting Modbus RTU field instruments into Logix control system.

Function

It can be configured as Modbus master or slave,realizes bidirectional real-time data mapping between Rockwell POINT I/O system and RS485 Modbus devices.Supports up to 1000 words of data storage and full set of Modbus function codes.

Installation

DIN rail mounting,install module on 1734 POINT I/O backplane with wiring base,connect RS485 bus wiring,configure parameters via ProSoft Configuration Builder,check LED indicators after power on.
