Module Feature

FV1300-0DM is a pilot operated directional solenoid valve for general industrial pneumatic systems.

It adopts aluminum alloy valve body, built-in pilot spool and spring return structure. It supports compressed air media with filtration and lubrication requirements, and can be installed individually or mounted on valve manifold. It is widely deployed on packaging machines, material handling equipment and assembly lines to drive pneumatic cylinders, grippers and air operated clamps.

Working principle

When the solenoid coil receives electric signal, the pilot air pushes the main spool to shift.

It changes the flow path of compressed air to switch the movement direction of the cylinder. When power is removed, the return spring resets the spool and switches the air path back to the default state.

Onboard components

Aluminum valve body, main spool assembly, electromagnetic pilot coil, return spring, sealing rubber seal, port terminal face.

LED indicators

LED on coil assembly indicates power-on status.

Hardware self‑diagnosis

No built-in electronic self-diagnosis. Abnormal action, air leakage and slow response are identified by observing actuator movement and air pressure feedback.

Programming software

No supporting configuration software.

Installation

Fix the valve on manifold or mounting bracket. Connect air supply, cylinder ports and control wiring, adjust air pressure before commissioning.

Interface

P supply port, R/S exhaust ports, A/B cylinder working ports, coil electrical terminals.

Diagnostic

Air leakage: Damaged seal or scratched spool surface. No action: Coil burnout, no control voltage or blocked pilot passage. Slow switching: Insufficient supply pressure or contaminated air.
