Module Feature

1023605-1 is dedicated EGT signal wiring harness for Pratt & Whitney gas turbine engine.

It connects exhaust gas temperature thermocouple sensors to engine control unit, transfers temperature analog signal. It adopts high temperature resistant shielding cable structure, anti-vibration and flame retardant design. It is widely used for PW1519G, PW1521G, PW1919G and related turbine engine maintenance.

Working principle

Thermocouple millivolt signal is transmitted through shielded harness.

The harness isolates external electromagnetic interference, ensures accurate temperature feedback to ECU. It supports multi-point EGT sampling, provides temperature data for engine monitoring and over-temperature protection logic.

Onboard components

High temperature shielded cable, thermocouple connectors, backshell shielding assembly, strain relief and fixation brackets.

LED indicators

No built-in LED indicators, signal health status is displayed on engine control panel.

Hardware self‑diagnosis

Engine controller continuously monitors open circuit, short circuit and abnormal temperature signal, alarm message is triggered once harness fault detected.
