System compatibilityDA66T is high-end touch graphical CNC controller for DELEM Modusys system. It communicates with DM series axis modules via HSB high-speed bus, compatible with DM01,DM04,DM102,DM104,DM51 axis modules. It fits electro-hydraulic synchronous press brakes and tandem dual bending machines, widely used for sheet metal workshop machine retrofit and spare replacement.

FunctionDA66T acts as core touch operation control unit of hydraulic press brake. It supports 2D graphical programming, 3D workpiece visualization and bending simulation with integrated collision detection. It automatically calculates bending sequence, sheet metal unfolded length and bending tonnage, stores large quantity of part programs, tool libraries and material parameters. It supports multi-axis closed-loop control including Y1,Y2,X1,X2,R,Z axes, automatic crowning compensation and angle sensor bending correction. It monitors ram position, machine tonnage and safety signals, triggers alarm once over-travel, hydraulic fault or HSB communication dropout occurs. It is used to replace defective controllers when press brake cannot run graphical touch bending programming.

InstallationCut off main power supply before installation. Reserve panel cutout on machine cabinet, mount DA66T and lock fasteners. Connect 24V DC power, HSB bus cable, encoder feedback cables, Ethernet and USB terminals. Verify wiring definition, upload machine parameters, complete axis homing and trial bending test before formal production.
