FunctionDA22 serves as basic numerical operation control unit of hydraulic press brake. It supports multi-step position programming, stores multiple bending programs, tool and material parameters. It supports up to 2 axes control including Y and X axis. It monitors ram position and travel limit signals, triggers alarm once over-travel or signal faults occur. It is used to replace defective controllers when the press brake cannot run basic numerical bending programming.

InstallationCut off main power supply before installation. Reserve panel cutout on machine cabinet, mount DA22 and lock fasteners. Connect 24V DC power, HSB bus cable, encoder cables and digital I/O terminals. Verify wiring definition, upload machine parameters, perform axis homing and trial bending before formal production.
