System compatibility

DM-102 is classic dual-axis motion control module of DELEM Modusys system. It communicates with DA series CNC controllers via HSB high-speed bus, compatible with DA52,DA53,DA56,DA58,DA61,DA65. It supports servo axes control, can be used for backgauge, R axis or Z axis. Widely used for multi-axis press brake maintenance and spare replacement.

Function

DM-102 performs real-time closed-loop position calculation for two independent axes. It receives position feedback signals from two encoders, calculates position deviation and outputs analog control signals for servo drives. It supports R, X2, Z1, Z2 axis configuration. It continuously monitors encoder signal quality, HSB bus communication and power supply state, sends fault alarm messages to main controller once signal loss or positioning error occurs. It is used to replace defective axis modules when press brake auxiliary axes lose positioning function.

Installation

Cut off main power supply before installation. Mount DM-102 on DIN rail and lock the module. Connect 24V DC power, HSB bus cable, two encoder cables and analog signal terminals. Check wiring definition, upload machine parameters, complete axis homing and test run before formal production.
