Function

DA-41 serves as the core operation control unit of torsion bar hydraulic press brake. It supports angle programming, stores up to 100 product programs and 15 tool sets, maximum 25 bends per program. It realizes Y ram axis and X backgauge axis closed-loop positioning control, calculates unfolded length of sheet metal. It monitors machine running status and triggers alarm signals once over-travel or signal faults are detected. It is used to replace damaged controllers when the torsion bar press brake cannot complete normal bending programming.

Installation

Cut off main power supply before installation. Reserve panel cutout on machine cabinet, mount DA-41 and lock fixing fasteners. Connect 24V DC power, encoder cables and digital I/O terminals. Check wiring definition, upload machine parameters, perform trial bending test before formal production.
