System compatibilityDA-66W is high-end Windows embedded CNC controller for DELEM Modusys system. It communicates with DM series axis modules over HSB bus, compatible with DM01,DM04,DM102,DM104,DM51. It supports single press brake and tandem dual bending machines, widely used for complex sheet metal bending jobs and machine retrofit.

FunctionDA-66W acts as core graphical operation control unit of electro-hydraulic press brake. It supports 2D graphical programming, 3D workpiece visualization and bending simulation with collision detection. It automatically calculates bending sequence and sheet metal unfolded length, stores large amount of part programs, tool libraries and material parameters. It supports multi-axis control including Y1,Y2,X1,X2,R,Z axes, automatic crowning compensation and angle sensor bending correction. It monitors ram position, tonnage and machine safety signals, triggers alarm when over-travel, hydraulic failure or communication error occurs. It is used to replace defective controllers when press brake cannot run 3D graphical bending programming.

InstallationCut off main power supply before installation. Reserve panel cutout on machine cabinet, mount DA-66W and lock fasteners. Connect 24V DC power, HSB bus cable, encoder feedback cables, Ethernet and USB terminals. Check wiring definition, upload machine parameters, complete axis homing and trial bending test before formal production.
