OPTIMATION OP-1124-1 Annunciator Panel

Module Feature

OPTIMATION OP-1124-1 belongs to OptiMate series 24-point LED annunciator panel. It is used to display equipment operating status and system alarms. Equipped with 24 high-brightness LED indicators, each LED supports steady ON, OFF and flashing alarm mode. Customizable legend label can be installed behind front protective faceplate for alarm text marking. It adopts RS422 multi-drop serial bus communication and can work with OP-9001 / OM-9001-2 communication master. Front panel meets NEMA4 / IP65 protection standard. NSMP means New Surplus Manufacturer Package, brand new surplus spare with original factory packaging. Widely used in semiconductor wet bench and chemical delivery control cabinet.

Working principle: OP-1124-1 receives control commands from host PLC via RS422 multi-drop bus. Each LED channel can be independently controlled to show running state or alarm flashing status. Multiple OptiMate HMI and annunciator panels can share one PLC serial port through multi-drop bus network. Function

OP-1124-1 annunciator panel manufactured by OPTIMATION. It visualizes process alarms and discrete equipment status. Incorrect baud rate, station address conflict or missing bus termination resistor will cause communication failure. NSMP version is surplus new spare with original manufacturer package. It is dedicated alarm indication component for wet bench chemical delivery automation cabinet.

Installation

Follow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Power off control cabinet. Install panel into cabinet cutout and fasten locking clamps. Wire 8-30VDC power and shielded RS422 multi-drop bus cable. Set station address and baud rate, download configuration project in OP-WINEDIT, test all LED indicators before system commissioning.

InterfaceRS422 terminal block, DC power terminal block, 24 alarm LED indicators and power/communication LED on housing of OP-1124-1.

Diagnostic

No serial communication:Baud rate mismatch, wiring fault or missing termination resistor. All LEDs no action:Power supply outside 8~30VDC range. Single LED not lighting:Individual LED damage. Intermittent alarm flicker:Unshielded cable and electromagnetic interference.
