Module Feature

OPTIMATION OL4228 8 SLOT REMOTE belongs to OptiLogic series remote terminal unit base. It is an 8-slot rack chassis for hot-pluggable OptiLogic I/O modules, equipped with built-in Ethernet communication circuit supporting Modbus TCP and OptiLogic/UDP protocol. DIN rail mounting design, flexible combination of digital input, analog output and relay modules, widely used for distributed control of semiconductor wet bench and chemical delivery systems.

Working principle: The base collects signals from all I/O modules inserted in 8 slots, packages the data and transmits to host controller over Ethernet bus. It receives host commands and distributes control signals to corresponding I/O modules via internal backplane bus. Installation

Follow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Power off control system. Mount base on DIN rail, insert I/O modules into slots. Connect 24V DC power and Ethernet network cable. Configure network parameters and test I/O communication before production startup.

Diagnostic
