Products Description
Lenze EVF9327-EH 9300 Vector Drive Unit

Module Feature
EVF9327-EH belongs to Lenze 9300 vector series frequency inverter.
It supports V/F control and sensorless vector control for asynchronous motors, with flexible function blocks and fieldbus expansion options. This obsolete drive is widely used for printing, packaging and conveying equipment spare replacement.
Working principle
Three-phase AC input is rectified into DC bus, IGBT power unit outputs adjustable PWM AC.
The control board executes closed-loop speed and current regulation, and implements application logic inside the drive. It has complete protection functions for overcurrent, overvoltage and overtemperature.
Onboard components
Rectifier bridge, IGBT inverter module, DC bus capacitors, current sampling circuit, control mainboard, cooling fan, terminal block.
LED indicators
Front LEDs show power, run state, fault alarm and communication link status.
Hardware self‑diagnosis
Power-on self-test and continuous monitoring detect phase loss, overtemperature, bus deviation and communication failure, fault codes can be read via engineering software.
Programming software
Lenze L-force Engineer, used for parameter setting, motor identification and fault backup.
