Function

SIL3 16-channel analog safety input module.It acquires 0/4-20mA field transmitter signals and converts them into digital values for HIQuad X safety controller.Each channel supports continuous wire-break and over-range diagnosis.When signal line broken or process value exceeds limit,the module triggers fault alarm and sends diagnostic message to safety controller.

Installation

Clip onto standard 35mm DIN rail in control cabinet,complete field transmitter wiring via terminal plug,configure channel parameters via SILworX engineering software.
