Designed for HIMA HIMax PES safety system,provides forced air cooling for CPU,communication and I/O modules in safety cabinet,widely used in petrochemical,chemical plant ESD emergency shutdown and F&G fire gas protection system.

Function

HIMA X-FAN1803 redundant dual fan cooling assembly.Two fans work in parallel redundant mode.If one fan stalls or fails,the remaining fan continues cooling without system shutdown.The module monitors each fan rotating speed independently.When fan stall or speed drop detected,it triggers fault alarm and sends dry contact warning signal to safety controller.It supports hot swap replacement without powering off the safety rack.

Installation

Install into standard 19-inch cabinet slot,lock the fixing bracket,connect 24V DC power and alarm signal wiring,check fan running and alarm function via SILworX engineering software.
