It monitors port link status, SFP DDM optical power, module temperature and power supply health. Used for remote building fiber aggregation and backbone gigabit fiber interconnection.

InstallationMount the switch on standard 19-inch 1U rack. Connect AC power cord; external redundant power supply is optional. Insert SFP transceivers and fiber patch cords. Connect serial console port for EOS configuration. Verify boot sequence and port optical link status before putting into production.
