Function

DM05 serves as the core signal processing unit of DELEM bending machine control system. It collects digital and analog I/O signals, processes axis feedback data, transmits control commands to hydraulic proportional valves. It continuously monitors machine operating state and outputs fault alarm signals when abnormal conditions occur. It is used to replace damaged modules when the press brake loses axis control function.

Installation

Cut off main power supply before installation. Open the electrical cabinet, discharge residual voltage. Remove the old module, install DELEM DM05 and fasten mounting screws. Connect fieldbus port, encoder cables and digital I/O terminals. Check wiring definition, download matching machine parameters, carry out axis test before formal production.
