Function

It has backlash compensation and power-off position memory function. It monitors machine running status and triggers alarm signals once over-travel or signal faults are detected. It is used to replace damaged controllers when the guillotine shear cannot complete backgauge positioning programming.

Installation

Cut off main power supply before installation. Reserve panel cutout on machine cabinet, mount DAC-41 and lock fixing fasteners. Connect 24V DC power, encoder cables and digital I/O terminals. Check wiring definition, upload machine parameters, perform trial cutting test before formal production.
