Function

DAC-360S serves as the core operation control unit of hydraulic shearing machine. It stores up to 100 cutting programs with 25 steps each, controls backgauge positioning with retract function, automatically calculates blade gap and cutting angle according to plate thickness and material property. It supports shear stroke optimization, clamping pressure and cutting pressure monitoring, single or double side positioning with axis correction table. It monitors machine running status and triggers alarm signals once over-travel or hydraulic faults are detected. It is used to replace damaged controllers when the guillotine shear cannot auto adjust cutting parameters.

Installation

Cut off main power supply before installation. Reserve panel cutout on machine cabinet, mount DAC-360S and lock fixing fasteners. Connect 24V DC power, encoder cables, hydraulic valve signal lines and digital I/O terminals. Check wiring definition, upload machine parameters, perform trial cutting test before formal production.
