DA-61 is a modular 5-axis CNC controller for DELEM electro-hydraulic synchronous press brake systems. It communicates with DELEM DM series axis control modules, linear encoders and hydraulic proportional valve units, widely used in metal fabrication workshops for controller replacement during bending machine overhaul.

Function

DA-61 serves as the core operation control unit of electro-hydraulic synchronous press brake. It supports direct angle programming, stores up to 500 product programs and tool libraries, maximum 25 bends per program. It realizes Y1,Y2,X,R,V multi-axis closed-loop positioning control, automatically calculates bending tonnage, unloading distance and crowning compensation value. It integrates built-in PLC, supports manual handwheel jog function and multi-language menu. It monitors ram position and machine running status, and triggers alarm signals once over-travel or hydraulic faults are detected. It is used to replace damaged controllers when the electro-hydraulic press brake cannot complete multi-axis synchronous bending programming.

Installation

Cut off main power supply before installation. Reserve panel cutout on machine cabinet, mount DA-61 and lock fixing fasteners. Connect 24V DC power, fieldbus, encoder cables and hydraulic valve signal terminals. Check wiring definition, upload machine parameters, perform trial bending test before formal production.
