It communicates with DELEM DM series axis control modules, linear encoders and hydraulic proportional valve units, suitable for tandem and multi-cylinder bending machines, widely used in metal fabrication workshops for controller replacement and machine retrofit.

Function

DA-65 serves as the core operation control unit of hydraulic press brake. It supports 2D graphical part programming, automatic bend sequence calculation and bend simulation, integrated collision detection function. It stores large capacity bending programs, tool libraries and material parameters, realizes Y1,Y2,X,R,Z multi-axis closed-loop positioning control, supports automatic crowning compensation and frame deflection correction. It monitors ram position, bending tonnage and machine running status, and triggers alarm signals once over-travel or hydraulic faults are detected. It is used to replace damaged controllers when the electro-hydraulic press brake cannot run advanced graphical bending programming.

Installation

Cut off main power supply before installation. Reserve panel cutout on machine cabinet, mount DA-65 and lock fixing fasteners. Connect 24V DC power, fieldbus, encoder cables and hydraulic valve signal terminals. Check wiring definition, upload machine parameters, perform trial bending test before formal production.
