System compatibilityDA-58T belongs to DELEM DA50Touch series CNC system. It communicates with DM series axis modules via HSB high-speed bus, compatible with DM01,DM04,DM102,DM104,DM54. It supports single press brake and tandem dual bending machines, applicable for hydraulic, hybrid and electric press brakes, widely used for sheet metal machine retrofit and spare replacement.

FunctionDA-58T acts as core touch operation control unit of synchronous press brake. It supports 2D graphical workpiece programming, real-scale visualisation and bending simulation with collision detection. It automatically calculates bending sequence, sheet metal unfolded length and bending tonnage, stores abundant workpiece programs, punch & die tool libraries and material parameters. It supports multi-axis closed-loop control including Y1,Y2,X,R,V axes, automatic crowning compensation and angle sensor correction. It monitors ram position, tonnage and safety interlock signals, triggers alarm when over-travel, hydraulic fault or HSB communication dropout occurs. It is used to replace defective controllers when press brake cannot run 2D graphical bending programming.

InstallationCut off main power supply before installation. Reserve panel cutout on machine cabinet, mount DA-58T and lock fasteners. Connect 24V DC power, HSB bus cable, encoder feedback cables, digital I/O and USB terminals. Check wiring definition, upload machine parameters, complete axis homing and trial bending test before formal production.
