It supports Y ram axis and X backgauge axis control, compatible with incremental encoder and servo drive for backgauge. Widely installed on WC67K series torsion bar press brakes, used for sheet metal workshop machine maintenance and spare replacement.

FunctionDA-41T serves as touch operation control unit for torsion bar press brake. It controls Y-axis slider positioning and X-axis backgauge stopper closed-loop positioning. It supports 100 programmable workpiece programs, each program up to 25 bending steps, built-in tool library and material parameter storage. It features angle programming, backgauge retract function, manual jog mode and piece counting function. It reads encoder position feedback to guarantee bending dimension accuracy, monitors travel limit signals and triggers alarm when over-travel occurs. It is used to replace defective controllers when torsion bar press brake cannot perform normal axis positioning and programming.

InstallationCut off main power supply before installation. Reserve panel cutout on machine cabinet, mount DA-41T and lock fasteners. Connect 24V DC power, encoder feedback cable, digital I/O terminals and servo drive signal wires. Check wiring definition, upload machine parameters, perform axis homing and trial bending test before formal production.
