Module Feature

JMWDM3615T belongs to Baldor washdown duty series three-phase squirrel-cage induction motor. Rated 5HP,1750RPM,208-230/460VAC,NEMA 184JM frame,C-face footless design,TEFC totally enclosed fan cooled. Constructed with corrosion-resistant epoxy coating,stainless steel fasteners and shaft slinger seal for high-pressure washdown environment. Design B torque curve,Class F insulation,service factor 1.15. Widely used for close-coupled pumps in food,beverage and sanitary processing plants.

Working principle

Three-phase power generates rotating magnetic field to drive squirrel-cage rotor. Shaft-mounted fan provides forced air cooling inside fully sealed TEFC housing. Special sealing structure prevents ingress of water,cleaning chemical and moisture during washdown sanitation cycle.

Installation
