System compatibilityQLEAMBBN is compatible with SIEMENS MOORE QUADLOG safety DCS and APACS+ distributed control system. It can be installed in QUADLOG rack chassis, matched with QUADLOG safety controller QLCCM and safety termination assemblies for safety analog signal processing.

FunctionThis enhanced analog module collects 4-20mA analog signals from field transmitters, converts analog signals into digital data for safety controller. It also converts digital control commands from controller to 4-20mA analog output signals to drive control valve positioners. It is designed for safety instrumented loops to realize continuous process monitoring and analog closed-loop control.

InstallationPower off the rack chassis before installation. Insert the module into designated rack slot and lock the front latch. Connect ribbon cable between module and marshalling termination board, wire field instruments to terminal blocks. Configure channel range and safety parameters, complete safety loop verification after commissioning.
