FunctionThis pneumatic valve positioner receives 3-15psi pneumatic command signal, compares it against the actual valve stem position, and adjusts instrument air output to the valve actuator. It eliminates actuator hysteresis and dead band, improves valve positioning accuracy for pressure, temperature, flow and liquid level regulation.

InstallationShut off instrument air supply before installation. Mount positioner directly on valve actuator stem bracket. Connect instrument air supply, control signal input and actuator air lines. Perform zero and span calibration after air supply is stable.
