FunctionThis 4-pole three-phase asynchronous motor is equipped with BMG spring holding brake for shaft locking when power off. TH thermal sensor monitors winding temperature to prevent overheating damage. ES16 incremental encoder provides speed and position feedback to realize closed-loop speed regulation. It can be matched with various SEW gearboxes to reduce speed and increase torque for low-speed heavy load applications. Robust cast aluminum housing ensures stable and low-noise operation.

InstallationCut off power supply before installation. Mount motor via foot or flange installation. Align shaft carefully when assembling with gear unit or coupling, avoid excessive radial and axial load. Route power cable and encoder feedback cable separately to reduce electromagnetic interference. Wire brake circuit and TH thermal sensor to the inverter. Perform encoder offset check before commissioning.
