Sanyo Denki A8PU10ABFW02 belongs to SANMOTION PU series digital AC servo amplifier. AC200V single/three phase input, rated capacity 1.0kW. Adopts current and speed dual closed-loop digital control, fast dynamic response and low speed fluctuation. Supports position, speed, torque three control modes, accepts pulse train and analog command input. Built-in comprehensive protection functions including overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheat, overload, encoder fault and emergency stop protection. DIN rail compact mounting design, easy to install inside electrical control cabinet. Widely used for medium load motion axis control in semiconductor wet bench and chemical delivery automation equipment.

Working principle: The servo drive receives motion command from upper controller. It converts input AC power into three-phase variable frequency AC power to drive matched servo motor. The encoder feeds back real-time position and speed signal to amplifier, the controller executes high-speed closed-loop calculation to adjust output current, realizing precise torque, speed and position control. When fault condition is detected, the amplifier will immediately cut off power output and trigger alarm signal to upper system.

Installation

Configure parameters via SANMOTION software, perform jog test and positioning verification before formal operation.
