Sanyo Denki A8PU05ABFW0A belongs to SANMOTION PU series digital AC servo amplifier. AC200V single/three phase input, rated capacity 500W. Adopts current, speed dual closed-loop digital control architecture, fast dynamic response and low speed ripple. Supports position, speed, torque 3 control modes, can receive pulse train and analog command signal. Working principle: The servo drive receives motion command from upper controller. It converts input AC power into three-phase variable frequency AC power to drive matched servo motor. The encoder feeds back real-time position and speed signal to amplifier, the controller executes high-speed closed-loop operation to adjust output current, so as to realize precise torque, speed and position control. Once fault is detected, the drive will cut off power output immediately and send alarm signal to upper system.
