Module Feature

OPTIMATION STP301-4-0ER-0 is an industrial 4-LED status indicator module designed for OptiLogic wet bench and chemical delivery control cabinets. Powered by 12VDC, equipped with four independent multi-color LED lamps (red, green, yellow, blue). Each LED channel can be driven by discrete digital signals from OptiLogic I/O modules to display equipment running, standby, warning and fault status. Panel cutout mounting, compact metal housing with dust-proof front face. Widely used for local visual status indication of valves, pumps and safety interlock signals in semiconductor wet process systems.

Working principle: 12VDC power supplies the indicator board. Each LED channel is triggered by dry contact or 12V discrete signal from OptiLogic relay/digital output module. LED lights up to reflect real-time field equipment state for on-site operator observation. Function

STP301-4-0ER-0 indicator module manufactured by OPTIMATION. It provides local visual status display for wet bench field devices. Broken LED or loose signal wiring causes missing status indication. It is on-site visual alarm and status display component for chemical delivery automation cabinet.

Installation

Follow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Cut panel opening and fix module with mounting clips. Wire 12VDC power and 4-channel discrete input signals from OptiLogic I/O module. Test each LED channel individually before production startup.

Diagnostic

LED no light:Missing 12V power or no trigger signal. Single channel failure:Burnt LED or open signal wiring. Flickering LED:Unstable trigger signal or poor terminal contact. No channel response:Common ground wire disconnected.
