Module Feature

Fisher GG04418X012 is dedicated curved mounting bracket assembly for DVC6200 linkage-less digital valve controller magnetic feedback array. Precision machined metal plate with multi-position mounting holes, used to fix the magnetic strip onto valve stem. It ensures correct alignment between magnetic array and non-contact sensor of DVC6200. This part is discontinued. Widely used for retrofit and maintenance of Fisher globe control valves equipped with DVC6200.

Installation

Follow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Isolate pipeline and release process pressure. Fix GG04418X012 bracket on valve stem, install magnetic array and adjust gap. Fasten bolts crosswise. Reassemble valve, mount DVC6200 and run auto-calibration, verify stroke feedback signal.

Diagnostic
