Function

24061-668-999 is actuator overhaul repair kit manufactured by Fisher. It replaces aged diaphragm and sealing parts to eliminate instrument air leakage. It restores actuator response speed and valve positioning precision. It is standard spare kit for scheduled valve actuator maintenance.

Installation

Follow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Cut off instrument air supply. Disassemble actuator housing, replace old diaphragm and all seals. Apply recommended lubricant and reassemble. Restore air supply and perform air tightness test and full stroke calibration.
