Function

YB110UVSC is BurnerLogix Y integrated burner control chassis manufactured by Fireye. It integrates burner sequencing logic and UV self-check flame amplifier. The UV self-check circuit continuously validates the health status of UV flame scanner during burner running to prevent false flame signal caused by sensor degradation. The controller executes full burner operating cycle including pre-purge, ignition trial, flame monitoring and post purge. When flame loss or scanner fault is detected, it triggers safety lockout and cuts fuel supply immediately to avoid unburned fuel accumulation and explosion hazard. It supports fuel valve leak proving and records lockout fault history for maintenance troubleshooting. Widely deployed for industrial boilers and furnaces burner safety control spare replacement.

Installation

Follow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Mount YB110UVSC chassis inside control cabinet on DIN rail with wiring base. Install YP programmer module and optional display. Wire 120VAC power, external safety interlock switches, ignition transformer and fuel valve relays. Connect UV self-check flame scanner wiring strictly following Fireye wiring diagram. Complete burner cold test and firing commissioning, verify flame signal and safety lockout function.
