Function

YB110UV is BurnerLogix Y integrated burner control chassis manufactured by Fireye. It integrates burner sequence control and standard non-self-check UV flame amplifier. It receives ultraviolet flicker signal from UV flame scanner to judge flame presence. The controller executes full burner operating cycle. When flame loss is detected, it triggers safety lockout and cuts fuel supply immediately to avoid unburned fuel accumulation and explosion risk. This model does NOT provide automatic scanner health self-check function. It supports fuel valve leak proving and stores lockout fault history for maintenance troubleshooting. Widely deployed for industrial boilers and furnaces burner combustion safety control and spare replacement.

Installation

Follow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Mount YB110UV chassis on DIN rail in control cabinet with wiring base 60-2810-1. Install YP programmer module and optional display. Wire 120VAC power,external safety interlock switches,ignition transformer and fuel valve relays. Connect standard UV flame scanner wiring strictly following Fireye wiring schematic. Complete cold test and burner firing commissioning,verify UV flame signal and safety interlock action.
