FunctionTS752-4 is immersion temperature transmitter manufactured by Fireye. Platinum sensing element detects medium temperature and converts temperature value into standard 4-20mA linear analog signal and transmits to matched combustion controller. Stainless steel thermowell protects sensing probe from high temperature, soot and medium corrosion. No field calibration required after installation. It can monitor boiler water temperature, stack exhaust temperature for combustion optimization and over-temperature protection. Widely deployed for industrial boiler combustion control system and spare replacement.

InstallationFollow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Mount TS752-4 onto vessel or flue tapping port via 1/2" NPT thread. Insert the 4-inch probe fully into medium or flue gas flow. Run two-core shielded cable to PPC4000 / BurnerLogix controller, strictly follow Fireye wiring schematic. Power on and verify 4-20mA signal reading during commissioning.
