FunctionTS752-2 is immersion temperature transmitter manufactured by Fireye. Platinum sensing element detects medium temperature and converts temperature value into standard 4-20mA linear analog signal and transmits to matched combustion controller. Stainless steel thermowell protects sensing probe from high temperature, soot and medium corrosion. Factory pre-calibrated, no field adjustment required. It monitors boiler water temperature or stack exhaust temperature for combustion optimization and over-temperature protection. Short 2-inch probe is ideal for shallow mounting ports. Widely deployed for industrial boiler and furnace flame continuous monitoring and spare replacement.

InstallationFollow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Mount TS752-2 onto vessel or flue tapping port via 1/2" NPT thread. Insert the 2-inch probe into medium or flue gas flow. Run two-core shielded cable to PPC4000 / BurnerLogix controller, strictly follow Fireye wiring schematic. Power on and verify 4-20mA signal reading during burner commissioning.
