FunctionPXMS-300K is pressure transmitter manufactured by Fireye for burner control systems. It uses piezoresistive sensing chip and stainless steel isolation diaphragm to detect steam pressure, converts pressure value into standard 4-20mA signal and transmits to Nexus series burner controller. Internal temperature compensation circuit minimizes reading drift under variable temperature. It provides real-time pressure feedback for fuel-air ratio regulation and boiler pressure interlock protection. Widely deployed for industrial boiler pressure monitoring and spare replacement.

InstallationFollow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Mount PXMS-300K on pressure tapping port via 1/2"NPT thread. Keep the sensor in proper orientation to avoid liquid condensate accumulation on diaphragm. Run signal cable to NX series controller terminals strictly follow Fireye wiring manual. Perform zero point calibration and pressure test after commissioning.
