FunctionPXMS-300 is pressure transmitter manufactured by Fireye for burner control. It detects medium pressure via stainless steel isolation diaphragm, converts pressure value into standard 4-20mA current signal and transmits to NX burner controller. Built-in temperature compensation reduces measurement drift under varying ambient temperature. It provides real-time pressure feedback for fuel-air ratio adjustment and boiler pressure interlock protection. Widely deployed for industrial boiler pressure monitoring and spare replacement.

InstallationFollow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Install PXMS-300 on pressure tapping port with 1/2"NPT thread. Maintain proper mounting angle to avoid condensate accumulating on sensing diaphragm. Run shielded two-wire cable to controller terminals strictly follow Fireye wiring schematic. Complete zero calibration and pressure test during commissioning.
