FunctionPSA-2-5F is mechanical air/gas pressure switch manufactured by Fireye. It senses gas or combustion air pressure via internal elastomer diaphragm. User can rotate the knob to set pressure threshold. When measured pressure exceeds or drops below setpoint, SPDT contact changes state to send signal to burner controller. It verifies blower air pressure before ignition and provides gas pressure limit protection to cut off burner firing when abnormal pressure occurs. Widely deployed for industrial boiler combustion safety interlock and spare replacement.

InstallationFollow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Mount PSA-2-5F on cabinet wall. Connect pressure sampling tube to pressure port, route tubing to air duct or gas pipeline pressure tap strictly follow Fireye installation manual. Rotate adjustment knob to set target pressure value, then perform pressure trip test during commissioning.
