FunctionPS3487 is pressure transducer manufactured by Fireye. It detects oil or steam pressure via stainless steel isolation diaphragm and converts pressure value into 1-5VDC analog signal for burner controller. Built-in temperature compensation reduces measurement deviation under changing temperature. It provides real-time pressure feedback for combustion power regulation and boiler high / low pressure interlock protection. Widely deployed for old industrial boiler pressure monitoring and spare replacement.

InstallationFollow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Mount PS3487 on pressure tapping port. Run 3-core shielded signal cable to connect transducer and burner controller strictly follow Fireye wiring manual. Complete zero calibration and pressure signal test during commissioning. Install condensate siphon when measuring steam medium.
