InstallationMount the switch on 19-inch 1U rack. Connect AC power cord; external EPS-C2 redundant power supply is optional. Insert SFP/SFP+ transceivers for uplink. Connect Cat5e/Cat6 cables to PoE+ RJ45 ports. Connect DB9 serial console port for EOS configuration. Verify boot sequence,port link and PoE status before putting into production.
