Function

5320-48P-8XE is high-performance Layer3 gigabit PoE+ access switch. 48 PoE+ copper ports transmit data and supply power to powered end devices. Eight SFP+ ports support 1G/10G fiber uplink or high-speed stacking. All ports support hardware MACsec for link encryption. It supports static & dynamic routing,VLAN,STP/RSTP/MSTP,LACP link aggregation,ACL,QoS and multicast snooping. It monitors port link state,PoE power consumption,system temperature and fan health, and generates hardware fault alarms. Used for enterprise wiring closet PoE access networks requiring 10G uplink and link security.

Installation

Mount the switch on standard 19-inch 1U rack. Connect AC power cable. Insert SFP/SFP+ transceivers and fiber patch cords for uplink or stacking. Configure stacking if multiple chassis are required. Connect console port for initial configuration. Verify boot,port link,PoE output and stacking function before commissioning.
