Function4050-00010 integrates parallel optical transceivers inside the cable assembly. It splits 40G SR4 parallel optical lanes into four separate 10G transmission channels over multimode fiber. It supports DDM to monitor transmit optical power, receive power, module temperature and supply voltage. It triggers alarms for optical signal loss, over-temperature or module hardware fault.
