Function10GB-4-F25-QSF integrates parallel optical transceivers within the cable assembly. It divides 40G SR4 parallel optical lanes into four separate 10G transmission channels. It supports DDM to monitor transmit optical power, receive power, module temperature and supply voltage. It triggers alarms for optical signal loss, over-temperature or module hardware fault. Used to replace faulty breakout AOC for long-range 40G port fan-out networking.

InstallationPower off before installation. Insert QSFP+ main end into the switch QSFP+ slot. Plug four SFP+ tails into 10G ports of servers or secondary switches. Verify module recognition on ExtremeXOS/VOSS, check optical power and port breakout configuration before putting into production.
