Function

DM02-K serves as dual axis motion control unit of DELEM bending machine control system. It collects position feedback signals from two groups of linear encoders, executes dual axis closed-loop calculation, outputs analog control signals to hydraulic valves. It continuously monitors axis running status and triggers fault alarm signals once over-travel or pressure abnormalities are detected. It is used to replace damaged modules when the press brake loses dual-axis synchronous bending control.

Installation

Cut off main power supply before installation. Open the electrical cabinet and discharge residual voltage. Remove the old module, install DELEM DM02-K and fasten mounting screws. Connect bus port, encoder cables and hydraulic valve signal terminals. Check wiring definition, download matching machine parameters, carry out dual axis synchronization test before formal production.
