System compatibility

DA-24e is an economical entry-level CNC controller for hydraulic press brake. It connects with DELEM DM series axis modules via HSB bus, compatible with torsion bar press brake and basic electro-hydraulic synchronous bending machines, widely used for old bending machine renovation and spare replacement in sheet metal workshops.

Function

DA-24e works as the core numerical operation control unit of hydraulic press brake. It supports numerical position programming, stores bending programs, tool library and material data. It supports up to 3 axes control including Y1,Y2,X, equipped with basic crowning compensation function. It monitors ram position and machine limit signals, triggers alarm when over-travel or signal failure occurs. It is used to replace defective controllers when the press brake cannot complete normal numerical bending programming.

Installation

Cut off main power supply before installation. Reserve panel cutout on machine cabinet, mount DA-24e and lock fasteners. Connect 24V DC power, HSB bus cable, encoder wires and digital I/O terminals. Verify wiring definition, upload machine parameters, run axis homing and trial bending before formal production.
