It connects with DELEM DM series axis modules via HSB bus, suitable for simple torsion bar bending machines, widely used for old bending machine maintenance and spare replacement in sheet metal workshops.

Function

DA-23 serves as basic numerical operation control unit of hydraulic press brake. It supports simple numerical position programming, stores multiple bending programs, tool and material parameters. It supports up to 2 axes control including Y and X axis. It monitors ram position and travel limit signals, triggers alarm signals once over-travel or signal faults are detected. It is used to replace defective controllers when the press brake cannot run basic numerical bending programming.

Installation

Cut off main power supply before installation. Reserve panel cutout on machine cabinet, mount DA-23 and lock fixing fasteners. Connect 24V DC power, HSB bus cable, encoder cables and digital I/O terminals. Check wiring definition, upload machine parameters, perform axis homing and trial bending test before formal production.
