It connects linear encoder and DM series axis control module, compatible with DA52,DA53,DA56,DA61,DA65 controllers and DM51 modules, widely used for electro-hydraulic synchronous press brake maintenance and spare replacement.

Function

7389-006/-2 transmits high-resolution position feedback signal from linear encoder to DM axis module. It delivers real-time ram position data to calculate axis deviation, guarantee Y1/Y2 axis synchronization accuracy during bending. The shielding layer suppresses interference generated by hydraulic valves and power circuits. It is used to replace damaged signal cable when the system reports encoder fault, position jumping or axis sync deviation.

Installation

Cut off main power supply before wiring. Route this signal cable separately from high-power power cables, avoid parallel laying with hydraulic valve power lines. Connect both ends to encoder and DM module terminals, properly ground the shielding layer. Fix cable with cable clips to prevent pulling during swing arm movement. Power on and perform encoder signal test before formal production.
