Installation

Follow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Fully power off CNC rack. Insert 501-03207-01 gold finger card into vacant rack slot and lock the retainer. Connect encoder cable assembly to terminal block following Giddings & Lewis hardware manual. After wiring, test encoder signal and axis homing routine.
